We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As the Office Manager you will assist with the smooth running of the end-to-end retail operations and ensuring financial targets are achieved.

Specifically your major activities are:

  • Ensure all the activities from when an order is placed by a customer to when the order is delivered and paid for runs smoothly and all metrics around the activities are achieved.
  • Assist with implementing key change ideas, operational structures and processes to enhance and grow the business.
  • Document, manage, track and assist with resolving business, customer and employee issues.
  • Ensure all office administrative processes are running in a smooth organized fashion.
  • Assist with recruitment and training needs.
  • Liaise with key vendors and partners.
  • Assist with all other professional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Over 5 years working experience in a B-to-C space.
  • Problem Solver.
  • Quick Learner.
  • Process Driven.
  • Experience in ecommerce, logistics and luxury industry a plus.

Salary
N75,000 – N100,000 / month.
