We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
We are seeking for a customer-oriented service administrator that will manage the office environment and our clients.
The incumbent will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and, maintain high customer satisfaction.
Your Mission
Manage information in spreadsheets and reports
Keep records and reports up to date
Help maintain the budget plan
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure good quality resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Ensure good document filing and bookkeeping as well as other duties assigned
Requirements and Skills
A graduate with 2+ years proven customer support and administrative experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Must have hands-on experience in bookkepping
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent use of the Microsoft office suite
Social media savvy (especially Instagram and LinkedIn)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A Female candidate will be preferred for this role for gender balance.
Expected Salary
NGN 80,000 plus.
