What We Expect
Bachelor’s Degree in an Arts or Social Sciences field
At least 2 years experience with relevant understanding of customer experience, social media management and analytics
Experience working in a tech ecosystem is a plus
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Proficiency in G-Suite
Excellent teamwork skills
