Business Development Director Needed at Biosec
Biosec, an IT Company that specializes in Identity Management (Biometrics and Verification), is recruiting an experienced individual to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Director
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Requirements
- MBA in Marketing or relevant field
- 7 years experience
- Highly experienced
- From an IT background (or close)
- Able to do business documents, presentations, projections in line with standards and best practices
- Knowledge of public sector peculiarities and Development Agencies
- Develop a strategy plan/document to achieve sales targets
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Promote the company’s products and services, predicting and addressing customers’ needs, and strengthening relationships with customers
- Establish relationships with prospective customers and key contacts of target organizations, nationwide and make regular field visits
- Negotiate fees with customers and ensure that all marketing and sales transactions are profitable for the Company
- Oversee the preparation of Marketing and Sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to Senior Management/the Board of Directors, as required
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales and Revenue forecasts
- Develop plans to implement operational changes, to improve the effectiveness of the Business Development department.
Salary
N7,200,000 Annually.
Additional Benefits:
Commission 1% of direct sales, sales from leads they generate.
