We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Maintains customers’ confidence and protect operations by keeping financial and other information confidential.
- Report on Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales.
- Relate with bank and ensure regular supervision of the revenue collections.
- Ensure confirmation of receipt of payment before any test is carried out.
- Handle float for operations.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
- Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
